This Friday we were joined by District Governor Larry Vars, his wonderful wife Joan Vars, and Assistant Governor Sandy Walsh (S. Burlington).
Larry is the new Governor for our District 7850. He's been Governor for only a few weeks, but has served the Rotary for decades. Larry, Joan and Guy Babb have been Rotarian friends for a very, very long time.
Larry encouraged our club to follow our passions to help make our world a better place. He also recommended we use our weekly meetings to work on some of our community projects.
We look forward to working with Larry over the next year or so. Larry, thanks for stopping by! (Below are a few more photos from the visit)
